A woman shed an incredible nine stone after posting pictures of all of her meals on Instagram - and getting people to rate how healthy they are.

Cutting sugar intake
World health chiefs have today urged people to cut their sugar intake to lower the risk of obesity and tooth decay.
The much-anticipated World Health Organisation report recommends no more than 10 per cent of a person's daily energy should come from added sugars, or those found naturally in juices and honey.
That equates to around 50g or 12 teaspoons a day.
